First level - Cover patio facing the ocean with a pool table, and a full bathroom plus couches, 2 car garage with an elliptical machine and a stationary bicycle machine. The villa includes a full backup smart generator, water softener, and reverse osmosis.

Second level - Junior master suite with four beds. Across from the junior master suite is the kitchen and living area with 180 degrees of ocean and beach view, kitchen has 2 refrigerators, a bar with 2 wine coolers, a food pantry, a professional gourmet eight burners range, a dining table with 6 chairs and an island with four stools, and last but not least a large balcony to seat down and relax with your favorite cocktail.

Third Level - Two extra bedrooms with a queen size bed and a twin-size bed. Laundry room. And a large master bedroom facing the ocean with its own balcony. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi with a large window to watch the sunsets, master bathroom includes a shower and a dual sink.

Four-level - Roof terrace
